Preschool parents hosted a surprise 90th birthday party on Feb 12 for Joe Dublinski who still serves in childcare at our church each week.

FBCO Family, we will be having a SURPRISE birthday celebration for Joe Dublinski, who is turning 90 on Valentine's Day. The pizza/cake/card shower celebration is right after the 11:00A Worship Service next Sunday, February 12th in the SFH. Please bring $8.00 if you'd like to order a large pizza, RSVP via Facebook to Jeremy or Julie Hayward with your topping of choice by Friday, February 10th. See you all then! The church will be providing drinks and paper goods.

COURAGEOUS - Dare To Take A Stand First Baptist Church of Ozark begins our Courageous Campaign with the free screening of the movie Courageous on successive nights: Sunday evening, March 4 at 6:30P (running time appx. 129 minutes) Childcare offered Birth to 6th grade with prior signup at the church office. Monday evening, March 5 at 7:00P (running time appx. 129 minutes) No childcare is available. Tuesday evening, March 6 at 7:00P (running time appx. 129 minutes) No childcare is available. First Baptist Church continues our Courageous Campaign with classes for Men on Sunday nights and also classes for Women at the same time as the Men's classes: Men's Class: Sunday nights, March 18 and 25 and April 1 from 5:15P - 6:15P (childcare available) Women's Class: Sunday nights, March 18 and 25 and April 1 from 5:15P - 6:15P (childcare available) Keep up-to-date on our Church Facebook page (First Baptist Ozark) and on Twitter (FBCOzark@FBCOZARKorg) ALSO . . FBCO is about to release information about our Courageous - the Movie campaign. Once the details are released, we hope that we can have our members get the word out about the nights we are screening the movie, and about the class for Men and the class for Women that will follow a few days after the screenings. Check back in a couple days for the latest details about the Courageous campaign.

FRIENDSHIP MINISTRY

People with special needs are capable of receiving salvation. They are capable of ministry. God expects their obedience, worship and service. Special needs individuals are some of God's special children that require teachers who can see them with God's eyes. And we are to love each one for the person God created them to be. 

Learning styles vary from one learner to another. So we adapt lessons, activities, and teaching methods with the effort to be creative and adventuresome. But safety is of primary importance for our ministry. We have adapted our space to accommodate learners with physical limitations.

Our classes are called Friendship Ministries and our teachers rely on the Lord to finish His good work while they strive to love unconditionally as Christ loves us.

Classes are held on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am.
