We have online registration for the Sr. High (current 9th - 12th grade students) Missions Lock-In starting Sunday night, June 17 to Friday morning, June 22. Go to www.fbcozark.org hover your mouse over the "resources" tab and left click "Permission Forms." Under Student Ministry you will see an online registration link and a download link to print out a Permission form to fill out and drop off at the church. REMEMBER: you must have a NOTARIZED 2012 Annual Medical Release form on file at the church.
